Tomorrow Never Dies

The song that I chose was “Tomorrow Never Dies” by Sheryl Crow. This song makes you want to be with the person that you love forever. You will be with this person until you die. You would sacrifice your life for the one you love. Until the world falls away, your world, your heart would be just like a cookie. When the cookie is made it’s so soft and warm but when you hurt it and abandon it, come back to it after a while and it breaks into pieces…the cookie crumbles. You don’t care if your world is being broken into pieces as long as you have the one you love. The person you love has the power to kill you. You give them your all, your heart, body, and soul. They take it and don’t give you anything in return. The give and take game isn’t played. The one you love has the power to kill you emotionally. Without him you are lonely. He is your sunshine, the light to your day. He is the subject of your thoughts, your daydream and your dream while you are asleep. It makes you feel as if the person you love is something deadly like a venomous snake. It bites you and it’s vital. Their love is vital. The only way that you can survive the venom is by having that poison. That person is the snake in your life, they bite you with their poison and the only way to survive is to keep taking that poison. You become immune to it and after a while, without it…you die. When you’re with the one you love, you give everything else up. Your world revolves around them. You are trapped in a jungle full of vines with thorns, if you try to move from where you are…you get hurt, so you give up. You give up and dedicate everything to them no matter what. The love that you have is the 007 love. He can’t love because he is trained to kill not love. The love that you would have with him is forbidden. A forbidden love that has to be lived in a life full of secrets, it’s a murder on your affair. A love that will kill you to find out that something has happened to him. With this love, you can’t live in fear of tomorrow therefore there is no tomorrow. Live in today where there aren’t any good-byes but only hello’s because in the paradise that your love takes you, tomorrow never dies.
