Cooperation

I am a strong believer when it comes to cooperation. I am a person that believes that cooperation is a big part of life because with cooperation brings patience and patience is key. You need patience throughout your life because there will be people in your life that will do their best to make your life difficult. You have to be patient with those people because then that is when you will not be angry at them and you can keep your peace. When I cooperate with people I do not try to do things my way. I like to hear other people’s ideas because when you work together, that is when the product comes out good and the job is done easier and faster. It is hard for some people to have cooperation because they want to do everything their way and they do not care about what other people have to say about the subject. When you do not cooperate with somebody, the product or project that you are working on will not come out the way you planned. Everything will be wrong because you had no idea on how to do something. It will also take you forever to finish with it. When you put more than one mind together, that is when the best work is created. People have to learn how to also be followers and not just leaders. You do not know everything and maybe somebody else knows something that you do not know but they need you too because you might know something that they do not know. It is a win-win situation when you cooperate.
